Account Deletion Request

At RankWeave, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you can do so at any time through our app or by submitting a manual request on this page.

Method 1: Delete Account via RankWeave Mobile App / Web (Instant)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within your logged-in account:

• Open the RankWeave app or log in at rankweaveapp.com.
• Go to Settings → Account Settings.
• Scroll down and click on Delete Account.

Once confirmed, your account will be instantly deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Method 2: Request Manual Account Deletion

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot log in, please fill out the request form below or email us:

• Email Subject Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]
• Send Email To: privacy@rankweaveapp.com (or support@rankweaveapp.com)
• Details Required:
  • Your Registered Email Address
  • Registered Phone Number (if applicable)
  • Reason for deletion (Optional)

Our support team will process your request and complete the deletion within 7 to 14 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile Information: Name, email address, profile picture, phone number, and account credentials.
• Listings & Content: All active listings, drafts, posts, and saved items created by you.
• Chat History & Messages: All personal message history associated with your email ID.
• Notification Preferences & Saved Searches.

Data Retention (What We May Keep)

To comply with legal, regulatory, and security obligations, certain data may be retained for a limited period before permanent purge:

• Transaction & Financial Records: Retained as required by applicable tax and commercial laws.
• Security & Fraud Logs: Anonymized logs maintained to prevent fraud and platform abuse.
