RankWeave operates as a global marketplace connecting buyers (SEO professionals, marketers, agencies) directly with website owners, authorized outreach editors, Sellers and SEO Experts for guest posts, link insertions, backlinks and digital services.
2. Account Registration
To browse verified listings, contact sellers, or list website assets, users must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Marketplace Listing & Verification Standards
Sellers and Editors listing websites or services on RankWeave must adhere to strict platform quality guidelines:
- Ownership & Access Proof: You must own or be legally authorized to represent any website, domain, SaaS product, or digital agency portfolio submitted.
- Accurate SEO Metrics: All metrics (Domain Authority, Page Authority, Organic Traffic, Spam Score) must be genuine. Artificially inflated claims or PBN submissions are strictly prohibited. RankWeave reserves the right to audit and remove listings with fraudulent stats.
- Prohibited Listings: Domains promoting illegal activities, malware, deceptive schemes, copyright infringement, extreme harmful or policy-violating content are strictly banned.
4. Marketplace Conduct & Fraud Prohibition
Users are strictly prohibited from spamming, harassment, fee avoidance, submitting artificial reviews, or misrepresenting website access. Violations will result in immediate listing removal and permanent account termination.
5. Transaction & Payment Guidelines
RankWeave provides a direct marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. Content requirements, turnaround times (TAT), link types (dofollow/nofollow), and pricing discussed within the in-app chat constitute binding agreements between the respective parties. RankWeave does not guarantee specific search engine ranking fluctuations resulting from placed links.
- Direct Communication: RankWeave facilitates direct communication between buyers and sellers via in-app chat. Users are expected to maintain professional conduct in all negotiations.
- Deliverable Agreements: Turnaround times (TAT), link permanence (dofollow/nofollow), and content guidelines discussed and agreed upon in chat form binding commitments between the buyer and the seller.
- No Guarantee of SEO Results: While RankWeave ensures verified domain metrics, we do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements or traffic increases resulting from backlinks acquired on the platform.
6. Platform Usage & Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or unauthorized tools to extract data or listings from RankWeave.
- Attempt to bypass account security, reverse engineer, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
- Engage in spamming, harassment, or fraudulent practices against other members.
7. Intellectual Property & Platform Rights
All branding, designs, logos, website layout, text copy, graphics, and software underlying the RankWeave platform are the exclusive property of RankWeave. Users retain ownership of their logos, domain brand assets, and original article materials provided for guest blogging.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
RankWeave reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, delete active listings, or restrict platform access without prior notice if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms of Service.
- You submit fraudulent domain ownership claims or fake SEO metrics.
- Required by legal regulatory authorities or Google Play / App Store policies.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
RankWeave provides the marketplace platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankWeave and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of RankWeave after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial standards and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
